About Teacher
Tichna is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over five years of professional teaching experience and more than a decade in the fitness and movement world. She began her path with a 200-hour Hatha - Vinyasa training, later expanding into a 300-hour Multi-Style certification. Her work now focuses on Power, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, guiding students through both dynamic exploration and grounding stillness.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a background in coaching since 2013, she brings a clear and embodied understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement to every training. As part of the YTT team, she teaches anatomy, alignment principles, intelligent Vinyasa sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and safe posture breakdowns. Her approach is precise, accessible, and rooted in empowering students to understand the why behind the practice.

Known for her supportive presence and a teaching style that blends clarity, structure, and playfulness, she encourages new teachers to stay curious, explore variations, and find their own authentic voice. She believes that confidence is cultivated through understanding the body and learning to read the practice from the inside out.

Inspired by yogic philosophy and the words of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois - “Practice and all is coming” - she teaches that movement is not separate from meditation. By moving with awareness, we soften the noise of the mind; by playing with the edges of possibility, we meet the steadiness inside.
Through mindful movement, we learn how to still the body, settle the breath, and touch the deeper layers of meditation.

Her aim is simple:
to challenge the body, sharpen awareness, and create a space where future teachers feel safe, confident, and ready to guide others with integrity.
