You will participate in sessions that cover presence, voice modulation, holding space skills, and more. This practical training equips you with the essential tools and methodologies needed to confidently lead meditation sessions and become a certified meditation teacher. The comprehensive nature of this phase ensures you are well-prepared to share your knowledge and passion with others
