About Teacher
Growing up in ndonesia, Restuning has aways enjoyed an active ifestye. She is an adventurous outdoor woman with a passion for the ocean. She started her yoga journey in an ashtanga stye in 2007 to get back in shape after her pregnancy. n 20, Restuning competed
a Yoga Aiance 200 hour teacher training in Bai, ndonesia. Straight after that, she combined yoga and ocean adventures and introduced an ocean adventure and yoga retreat for the first time in Atauro sand, Timor-Leste. Restuning continued her Yoga Aiance education and achieved 500hour training in 205. Powered by the natura eadership skis that brought her to be a prominent dive instructor trainer, Restuning taught many Yoga Teacher Training in 205207.
Her fun and adventurous nature bring her to many styes of yoga. Restuning teaches yengar-based casses, Vinyasa Fow, Yin yoga, Senior yoga, and atey she pumps up the speed in the cass by teaching high-intensity yoga. n addition to her yoga career, Restuning is a Reiki Master in Usui Lineage trained by Catherine Wheeer and an Ange Guide Reader trained by Kye Gray.
She is famiiar with breathwork technique as part of her Freediving nstructor ski but has a more thorough training with Michae Bijker.
Beyond the spirituaity ream, Restuning is a respected PAD Course Director in the region and is the ony ndonesian femae dive instructor trainer. She conducted many yoga retreats in a combination of breathwork and ocean skis up to date. Join her cass to get into the dynamic ocean energy!
