Pratik's yoga journey began in Rishikesh, India, in 2009. He explored & studied different yoga styles, like Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and was so excited to see how they can help prevent injuries, aid recovery, boost physical & mental strength, alongside building inner peace.
He is also a certified First Aid Responder and Adventurer; from flying helicopters to cooking Ayurveda inspired food, leading Ice Baths, guiding High-Intensity Workouts, & sometimes spinning a few tunes as a DJ.
His adventurous childhood took him to five continents and his adulthood working with Yoga enthusiasts to MMA fighters, Rugby teams, Armed Forces, Search and Rescue Divers, Pilots, and even some celebrities.He is excited to share his journey of physical well-being to holistic & spiritual well-being.
