About Teacher
Peewee (YA-ERYT200) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and the designer of Yogafirst Teacher Training Program. She has conducted teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Malaysia, Philippines and India.
Peewee's training in Vajrayana Meditation (Nyngma Lineage) is a big influence on her yoga. Her classes are designed to systematically open your whole body in a physical and psycho-energetic way in order to empower and liberate your consciousness.
She believes the best yoga anyone will ever do is the one that is true to who you are, and her yoga experiences allow you to do just that.
