Building on the foundation of the initial immersion, the next 9 days are dedicated to hands-on practice and specialized workshops. You will participate in sessions that cover presence, voice modulation, holding space skills, and more. This practical training equips you with valuable tools and methodologies to confidently guide meditation sessions in different contexts. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation that reflects your dedication to deepening your meditation practice and your ability to share it with others.

Your day on the course will look like this

Engage in physical postures, breathwork, and energy locks to prepare the body and mind for deeper meditation.
A progressive journey through traditional meditations ranging from Metta, Anapanasati and Satipatthana to chakra alignment, manifestation and silent sits.
Enjoy a nourishing break to refuel and connect with fellow participants.
