Our Methodology

There Is No One Right Way to Meditate
We take a non-dogmatic approach to meditation, allowing our students to explore the benefits of various techniques. By covering different types of meditation we help students discover what works best for them.

Focus on practice and interaction

Nearly 60% of the course is dedicated to hands-on workshops and skills training, including practical teaching, group sessions, individual voice-guided exercises, theory, and exams. Facilitated group sharing sessions also offer valuable networking opportunities to accelerate your growth.

We provide multi-style meditation training that brings you practical understanding of benefits each of them

Classical Yoga Meditation

A traditional meditation practice that focuses on breath control and mindfulness. It helps you cultivate mental clarity, inner peace, and a balanced state of mind, making you more resilient to stress and enhancing your overall well-being.

Osho Meditation

A dynamic and expressive meditation technique that combines active movement, nonsensical speech, and laughter. It offers a powerful way to release pent-up emotions and stress, leading to greater emotional freedom, joy, and creativity.

Mantra

A meditation practice involving the repetition of sacred sounds or phrases. Regular practice calms the mind, fosters deep inner peace, and is a powerful way to reduce stress, improve focus, and achieve a restful state of consciousness.

Affirmation

A meditation technique that uses positive statements to reprogram your mind, boost self-esteem, and encourage personal growth. Regular practice empowers you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals with a more positive mindset.

Visualization

A guided imagery meditation that uses the power of imagination to relax the mind, achieve goals, and foster positive change. It’s a potent tool for manifesting your desires and improving your mental focus.

Manifestation

A focused meditation on desires and intentions that channels your thoughts and energy to attract and create the life you want. It empowers you to turn your dreams into reality by aligning your intentions with your actions.

Breath Awareness

A simple, mindful meditation focusing on your breath, calming the mind, and enhancing focus by grounding yourself in the present moment. It’s an effective way to reduce anxiety and improve mental clarity throughout the day.

Zen

A minimalist meditation practice emphasizing stillness and silence. It cultivates mindfulness, deep awareness, and a calmer mind, helping you reduce stress, increase focus, and live more fully in the present.

Chakra-based

A meditation focused on balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It helps you feel more grounded, energized, and in harmony with yourself.

Ecstatic Dance

A free-form dance meditation where movement is guided by music. It allows you to release stress, connect with your body’s natural rhythm, and promotes a sense of joy, liberation, and emotional well-being.

Yoga Nidra

A guided relaxation technique that deeply unwinds the mind and body. In just 20 minutes, it reduces stress, improves sleep, and revitalizes you, providing the rest and mental clarity needed to thrive.

“Meditation is the art of coming home to yourself.
In its stillness, you do not find answers —
you become the answer.”

○ 认证目的:获得更深入的瑜伽教学理论、实践和更高级的教学技能。

○ 成为RYT500:完成 RYT200 + RYT300 培训后,即可在 Yoga Alliance 注册为

RYT500(Registered Yoga Teacher 500)。

Course Progression and Requirements

  • 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is suitable for all levels of yogi, from the absolute beginners to the more advanced. However, it is advisable to learn some basic foundation and have a few months of consistent yoga practice prior to the course.
  • 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an advanced course for those that have already completed the 200hrs or have already been teaching for 3+ years with extensive experience. According to Yoga Alliance’s standard, it requires a 200YTT certification before the course.
  • To register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500, you will need a 200YTT certificate from a Registered Yoga School (RYS), as there is no standalone RYT300 certification.
  • The 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is a comprehensive program that combines both the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings. It is designed for individuals who are deeply committed to pursuing a career in yoga and who already have a well-developed personal practice. It is possible to undertake a 200-hour and 300-hour training back-to-back, provided the student feels ready for the intensity of the journey. If you are considering this pathway, we kindly ask that you connect with our team prior to booking, so we can ensure it’s the right fit for you.
  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment. This is a requirement for Yoga Alliance certification. By completing your booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. House of Om is not liable for certificates that cannot be issued due to non-compliance with this condition.
  • Any medical and psychological conditions, dietary requirements, and limitations that may affect the participation in the training must be disclosed and discussed prior to booking. All students will be required to sign a waiver before the training.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their eligibility to travel to and enter Indonesia, Thailand, or India. Cancellations due to non-compliance or ineligibility to travel or enter the country do not qualify as force majeure.

200-Hour/ 300 Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training

1. Program Structure:

The 200-hour/ 300-hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training combines online and in-person learning for a flexible training experience.

The 200-Hour / 300-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate will only be issued once both the online and in-person components have been successfully completed and verified by our team.

2. Online Component Flexibility:

Students may complete the online component before, or after the 10-day/ 14- day in-person immersion.

3. Certification Requirements:

Students must complete both the online and in-person components. Our team will confirm completion before issuing the certification.

  • Students may complete the online (theory) part either before or after the on-site training. Please note that full payment of the course is required to receive the online (theory) certificate before the in-person course.

  • To receive the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate during the graduation ceremony, the online (theory) certificate must be presented during the on-site training.

  • If the on-site training has started and the online (theory) certificate has not yet been obtained, only the in-person training certificate will be issued at the graduation ceremony.

  • After the on-site training has concluded, students may continue completing the online (theory) component. Once both components have been completed and officially verified, the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certificate will be sent via email.

If a student has already transferred to the online course and later decides to rejoin the offline course, there will be a $90 rejoining fee. This option is only allowed once.

Further cancellation will forfeit the entire credits.
