Before stepping onto the mat, he spent over two decades working in humanitarian management, supporting communities affected by war and disaster. This experience shaped his deep understanding of trauma, healing, and recovery. His teaching style supportively challenges students while fostering a sense of safety, curiosity, and adventure.

Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with nearly 20 years of extensive experience in Vipassana meditation and the yogic path. Skilled in dynamic Vinyasa and traditional Hatha, as well as the restorative practices of Yin and Yoga Nidra. Integrates experiential knowledge of yoga philosophy, asana, meditation, and pranayama to guide students towards awareness, Self-knowledge, and transformation.

She follows the Buddhist path of compassion and kindness. With over 12 years of practice, she completed her 200-hour training in 2019 and 300-hour in 2025. Since 2019, she has been teaching yoga and practicing Vipassana meditation. Her classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin in a gentle, meditative flow, guiding students to connect body and mind, release tension, and cultivate inner peace and joy.

A certified yoga teacher who has completed a 500-hour RYS program, specializing in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and life coaching. Since 2022, she has been actively promoting mental health through emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

With 22 years of practice and 30+ in meditation, she holds three 500-hour rys certifications and a master’s in integrated yoga from rishikesh. Her focus is vedic meditation and kundalini across three lineages, complemented by training in breathwork, laya and sufi movement, tantra, kriya, yin, and naad. She teaches holistically, weaving philosophy with practical methods for body, mind, and spirit.
