About Teacher
Originally from Italy, but living abroad since fews years, Fabiola is a free spirit.
She loves to travel, write and stay with people. She is passionate about life, health and wellness.
She has started an inner journey when she left her home country and the more she went further the more she realized her way to be happy.
She found in the yoga philosophy all the truth she was looking for, so she decided to go deeper in her studies.
At the beginning of 2019 she decided that she wanted to be a yoga teacher and she contacted House of Om to book a yoga teacher training, but the lockdown stopped her, but it didn't stop her journey. It was supposed to happen anyway.
She studied online, during the lockdown and she started to teach, in Mallorca. She loves to teach yoga outside, close to the beach, in some nice parks or also on the water, as she is also a SUP YOGA teacher.
After the first 200h ytt, she went deeper in her study and she has completed the 500 hytt with House of Om, 85h Prenatal YTT with JO SHAKTI, 25h SUPYOGA ytt in Mallorca, 25 h Himalayan Krya Yoga online, Pewee Sanchez, and she always try to be updated with some CE courses.
She studied Ayurveda by herself and she will soon start Yin Yoga teacher training.
Fabiola works as a yoga teacher, most of the time in Mallorca but is also happy to move around, she does online private classes, and she has worked for House of Om since May 2021.
She has her brand "Free Happy soul", and she is the author of a book, "Sogni Riflessi" and the co-founder of an Italian magazine, Nuove donne.
Yoga for her is union, and she loves to unite people and share the wisdom of this beautiful discipline.
Her motto is "flow with life" and she tries to take all the good things that life can offer. She has a positive attitude and she truly believes that with Yoga we can make a better world, based on happiness and freedom.
