Darshini is a yoga teacher and therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and honest inner inquiry. Her journey has taken her through teacher trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (RYT 500) in Mysore—along with a Masters in Yogic Sciences and Naturopathy. These studies, along with years of teaching anatomy, philosophy, and asana, have shaped an approach that is both grounded and intuitive.
She has taught students from all over the world in Goa, Bali, and retreat settings, and she is most at home when creating an environment where people feel safe to soften, explore, and rediscover the parts of themselves they’ve outgrown or forgotten. Her classes weave together breath, anatomical awareness, philosophy, and self-reflection to make yoga both transformative and deeply personal.
Darshini is a yoga teacher and therapist with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, supported by a Masters in Yogic Sciences, Naturopathy, pranayama, meditation, and scientific approaches to asana. She loves guiding students to build mindful awareness, functional movement, and a deeper connection to their inner landscape.
To her, yoga is where she learned that flexibility isn’t measured by how far she can bend, but by how gently she releases the stories that once kept her small.
