The Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) with House of Om in Bali is different because it values honesty and adaptability. This training is not like rigid programs that force you to follow one philosophy. Instead, it takes a non-dogmatic approach that lets you try out different techniques that are right for you. The Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) with House of Om in Bali gives you the tools you need to succeed, whether you’re a beginner who is stressed out all the time or an experienced practitioner who wants to improve your skills.

Why Choose Bali for Your Meditation Journey?

People who want to grow spiritually will love Bali. People often call it the Island of the Gods. It’s a great place to meditate because of the peaceful energy, beautiful scenery, and rich culture. But why should you choose House of Om’s Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) in Bali? The program takes place at Pelaga Resort, which is in the mountains and is between 650 and 750 meters above sea level. From there, you can see Mount Agung, Bali’s holy mountain, in all its glory.

This high-up place, far from the noise of tourist areas like Ubud, makes you think deeply and connect with nature. House of Om’s mountain retreat offers a true getaway, especially when compared to other places like Mantra Yoga Meditation School in the middle of Ubud, which has a more urban feel, or Zuna Yoga’s ecolodge in Tabanan, known for its views of rice fields. The fresh air and quiet surroundings here speed up the healing process, so the Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) with House of Om in Bali is a better choice for people who want to be alone and start over. Picture waking up to the sun rising over volcanoes and the mist rolling in. The end result is a place that makes it easier for you to be present and calm.

The Comprehensive Curriculum of the Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) with House of Om in Bali

The House of Om in Bali is the ideal place to obtain Meditation Teacher Training (MTT). The 200-hour program is divided into two flexible 9-day modules, for a total of 18 days. This modular structure is a game-changer since it enables anyone join one or both pieces at their own leisure. You can’t always obtain this kind of liberation from programs like Zuna Yoga’s 29-day intensive course or Mantra Yoga’s 20-day mix of meditation and sound treatment.

The course covers more than 10 distinct styles of meditation, so you learn everything you need to know.  You will learn how to employ classic breath control to clear your mind, dynamic movement to let go of your feelings, repeating mantras to keep focused, and chakra balancing to balance your energy.  60% of the program is made up of hands-on workshops. They teach you crucial things like how to change your voice, compose a script, and make room. Yoga Nidra sessions help you relax profoundly, and Shatkriyas (yogic cleansings) and Pranayama (breathwork) prepare your body and mind ready.

House of Om improves on what its competitors do by adding workshops and talks about philosophy. Zuna Yoga is based on certain traditions, such Advaita Vedanta and Tantra. House of Om, on the other hand, is more generic and doesn’t tell you what to do. Mantra Yoga uses sound healing equipment like Tibetan bowls, but the Best Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) at House of Om in Bali teaches practices that can be utilized anywhere, from corporate wellness programs to personal retreats. This hands-on method makes sure that graduates are equipped to teach with confidence and work with all kinds of students.

Upon completion, you’ll earn a 200-hour certificate from House of Om, recognized by Yoga Alliance through the Holistic Yoga School. This credential opens doors globally, much like the certifications from competitors, but with the added prestige of House of Om’s community of over 34,000 alumni. 3. Study Group Policy

200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training

Study Group Allocation

Students who select “Start as soon as possible” during enrollment will be assigned to the next available study group based on their preferred time zone and availability.

House of Om offers multiple study groups across different time zones to accommodate students worldwide.

Students who are not ready to begin should select “Do not want to start yet” during enrollment or notify Student Support before study group allocation.

Study groups are generally allocated within 2–4 weeks, although this may vary depending on teacher availability and the formation of suitable groups.

Guided Study Group

The 200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is delivered through guided study groups led by an assigned teacher. Each study group is designed to be completed over approximately 4 months, consisting of:

  • Approximately 3 months of live Zoom sessions.
  • Up to 1 additional month for homework review, teacher feedback, and final assessments.

Students are expected to complete all mandatory homework assignments, attend the required live Zoom sessions, and submit their final assessments during the study group period.

A $90 Study Group Reassignment Fee applies when a student:

  • does not complete the required coursework within their assigned study group and wishes to continue with a new study group;
  • requests a different teacher;
  • requests reassignment to a study group in a different time zone after allocation; or
