Yoga has been a part of Arjun's life for over 10 years, and his practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires him to live each moment more mindfully.
He completed bachelor's in Yoga from Bangalore India , 300 hrs Hatha Yoga Tràining also from Bangalore India, 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow training from Rishikesh India and 500 hour advanced training from Mysore.
He says he will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom his teachers have shared with him.
In his classes, he loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration, Breathing Practices, Relaxation & Meditation techniques with Holistic Approach of Yoga to help you deepen your practice.
He seeks to help others by different techniques and consultations to cure disturbances from its root. His hope is that "You step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced."
