She is a certified Yoga Instructor with more than 11 years of experience teaching and learning different styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, pregnancy, and Restorative yoga.
She has specialized in Vinyasa, biomechanics, and injuries.
In addition to being a Yogi, She has a university degree in Contemporary Dance and is a certified Pilates Instructor, Thai Massage, and Reiki.
Her yoga journey as a teacher began with dance over 15 years ago. Being a student and professional of the body from an early age has given me many skills to understand the physical body, not only from theoretical knowledge but from my own experience as a practitioner and from everything. She has seen in her students throughout the years of teaching. She has an excellent knowledge of biomechanics that has also been given to me by her work as a masseuse and my specializations in pathologies, injuries, and biomechanics. She understands that being precise in the asanas is also a way to improve ourselves internally, bring awareness to places of our being that are often hidden and make the real connection between body, mind, and spirit.
She loves teaching, being able to transmit all her knowledge about physical, mental, and spiritual work, from a conscious and careful perspective, correcting and protecting from injuries, and giving all the tools to students so that they can find themselves through practice.
Yoga has changed her life, awakening her best version, guiding her on the right path, and making her understand life with purpose from an integral place. She wants to share this with all the people that surround her.
