Wellness Centre Manager

Thailand (Bangkok) - Full Time, On Site - Operations

This is more than a day-to-day operations role.

You’ll take ownership of the overall success of House of Om Bangkok, leading our on-site team, building strong systems and culture, creating an exceptional guest experience, and looking for new ways to grow the centre, its community and its commercial success.

You’ll work closely with the Founder, but we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead. Someone who sees what needs to happen, makes decisions, brings people together and turns ideas into action.

The centre is growing quickly, so not everything will already have a perfect system or SOP. You should genuinely enjoy building, improving and creating structure as you go.

This role is expected to develop into General Manager within approximately 12-18 months, with greater ownership and decision-making as the business grows.

About Us

House of Om Sanctuary Bangkok is a fast-growing holistic wellness and community destination bringing together movement, mindfulness, connection, healing and transformational experiences.

We are building more than a venue. We are creating a place where people feel welcomed, supported and inspired to live healthier, more connected lives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional centre leader and manager who can help build the systems, culture, and day-to-day excellence that will support our next stage of growth.

We’re now looking for an experienced Wellness Centre Manager to help us build, lead and grow it.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join a mission and community-driven organisation during an exciting period of growth and help shape one of Bangkok's most unique and exotic wellness and community destinations. You'll work alongside a passionate international team, contribute to meaningful experiences, and play a key leadership role in building the future of House of Om.

Here’s what makes this role special:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Bangkok sanctuary

  • Manage and develop an on-site team of 8+ people across guest experience, community, reception, housekeeping and operations

  • Build a strong, accountable and supportive team culture

  • Turn the Founder’s vision into clear priorities and day-to-day execution

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, memberships, partnerships and centre utilisation

  • Build relationships within the local Bangkok community

  • Step into other operational, people and business priorities as needed to support the success and growth of the centre

Qualifications & Requirements

You’re an experienced operations leader who is confident with people, business and execution. You’re comfortable walking into something that is still being built and thinking, “Okay, how do we make this better?”

  • 7+ years of experience across operations, venue management, hospitality or similar environments

  • 3+ years of experience directly leading and managing teams

  • Experience in wellness, boutique/luxury hospitality, members clubs, premium fitness, events, lifestyle venues or similar environments

  • Strong people leadership skills and experience managing different personalities and team dynamics

  • Good practical knowledge of Thai labour law and employment practices

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • A naturally outgoing, people-focused communication style

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business
