Senior Personal and Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO
Thailand (Bangkok) - Full Time, On Site - Operations
Day-to-day executive support: diary, admin, documentation and personal assistance; Business & company development support; Office & project coordination; Travel, event & meeting management, including preparing slide presentations and written materials; Use AI and automation tools to streamline admin, reporting and workflows; Follow up on tasks and keep projects moving using ClickUp or similar PM platforms; Help the Founder stay organised and set up in ClickUp; Manage the company WhatsApp account (shared with the Bali team); Handle sensitive matters with discretion, with awareness of Thai legal, cultural and HR Considerations.
