Human Resources Officer
Thailand (Bangkok) - Full Time, On Site - Human Resources
House of Om is looking for an HR Officer to support our growing team and operations in Thailand.
You will be the main local HR support for our Thailand team, working closely with our International HR Manager on everything from contracts and employee documentation to attendance, leave, payroll coordination, Social Security, recruitment and onboarding.
We’re looking for someone who really understands Thai labour law and local HR practices and can bring that knowledge into the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a hands-on HR role with a lot of variety. You won’t be focused on just one area of HR. You’ll be involved across the full employee journey and play an important role in building strong HR processes as our Thailand operations continue to grow.
About Us
House of Om is more than a wellness brand. It’s a growing international business operating across multiple locations such as Bali, Thailand and beyond.
We create transformational experiences through Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats, bringing together people from around the world in environments designed for growth, connection, and real change.
Behind that experience is a business that is expanding, and as our team in Thailand grows, we’re looking for someone locally who can support our people and help us build strong HR foundations.

- Work across the full HR function: employee relations, contracts, recruitment, payroll coordination, Social Security, onboarding and more
- Real ownership: take responsibility for local HR operations and help improve the way we work
- International environment: work closely with our HR Manager, management team and colleagues across different countries
- Grow with the business: help shape and improve our Thailand HR processes as the company continues to expand
