Pal Gehlot (E-RYT 500) is an experienced yoga teacher from India with over 10 years of professional teaching experience and more than 15 years of dedicated personal practice. Her journey began at the age of five, rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga she learned and practiced in the Himalayas. With a background in engineering, she later transitioned into yoga full-time, combining her analytical mindset with deep spiritual understanding to create a balanced and grounded approach to teaching.
Pal is certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, and Pre/Postnatal Yoga, and also teaches Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Her classes blend alignment precision, breath awareness, and philosophical depth, encouraging students to move consciously and connect the physical body with the subtler layers of mind and spirit.
As part of the House of Om Teacher Training team, Pal guides students in 200-hour yoga teacher training, offering a space that is supportive, structured, and heart-centered. She is known for her clarity in instruction, calm demeanor, and ability to weave traditional wisdom with modern understanding.
Pal’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Through consistent practice, awareness, and reflection, students can cultivate not just physical strength and flexibility but also inner peace and emotional balance.
Her intention as a teacher is simple: to help students experience yoga as a transformative practice—one that refines the body, expands awareness, and awakens the deeper wisdom within.
