About Ticha
Tichna is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over five years of teaching experience. She began her journey with a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa training and later advanced with a 300-hour Multi-Style certification. Today, she specializes in Power, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, bringing both dynamic energy and deep stillness into her classes.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a career in the fitness and wellness industry since 2013, Tichna integrates a strong understanding of anatomy and movement into her teaching. Her background allows her to guide students safely while encouraging them to explore their physical potential.
She believes in the balance of softness and strength, offering classes that challenge the body, calm the mind, and create space for authentic self-discovery. Her teaching style is clear, supportive, and empowering. Inviting students of all levels to practice with confidence.
