About Amalia Safi

Experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher with 500 hrs Yoga Teacher Training (ERYT 500)

She is a certified Hatha and Integral Yoga instructor, and she also teaches English for Yoga.

Her journey with Yoga began way back when she was just a kid, learning about Ahimsa (non-violence). As a teenager, she started diving into Hatha Yoga practices and hasn’t looked back since. With over a decade of experience, she’s tried out various styles like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, and Integral Yoga.

In 2017, she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, focusing on Integral Yoga and Yoga therapy. Later on, she delved into Hatha Yoga and in 2023, finished up another training program centered around Modern postural Yoga.

Amalia’s also been delving into sacred texts like the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita with Edwin Bryant. Plus, she’s been studying Sanskrit and enjoys chanting mantras.

Even before officially becoming a teacher, she was guiding Yoga practices because her passion for sharing the practice was so strong.
