About Lena Cole

Lena has been practicing yoga and other holistic modalities for many years, it was on the recommendation of her own yoga teacher that she embarked on her first teacher training which has set her on this amazing lifelong journey of discovery and learning. Sharing this with other people, she views it as a huge blessing and a wonderful bonus.

Since 2020 she has been teaching regularly in-person and online classes and has continually strived to deepen her knowledge and understanding of both the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice.

In 2022, Lena joined the House of Om Online Teachers Team and has been happily guiding and mentoring her students, so they can find their authentic style of teaching and a way to translate the philosophy aspect into their modern lives, taking yoga off the mat and experiencing amazing transformations.
