During the retreat you'll have breakfast, lunch and dinner included (buffet style) Delicious vegan & vegetarian food will be cooked with love by a team of local chefs.
- Breakfast typically consists of freshly baked banana bread, delicious fruit smoothies with granola, coconut black rice pudding, juicy mangoes, pineapples and dragon fruits.
- For lunch we usually serve savory soups, smoky tempeh, vegan feta cheese, baked sweet potato, fresh vegetables and salads
- Dinner is light but nourishing, for example, the menu can include light moringa soup, quinoa, baked falafel, tahini and avocado dressings.

It is very easy to grab any taxi straight from the airport at all times of the day. iIt will cost around 300K Rupia (20 USD) to go to Ubud where our Resort is located.

You can withdraw money straight from any ATM at the airport or at any exchange at the ariport. We recommend to withdraw/exchange an initial amount upon arriving at the airport as taxis don't accept USD.
Wi-Fi will be available in most bars, cafes and hotels, but if you want to be connected everywhere, you can get a SIM card. We recommend Telekomsel for most travelers. The easiest way is to purchase SIM and activate it at the airport if you don't mind being overcharged.
